Agreement to Terms

By using the Fryburg Roll Offs website (fryburgrolloffs.com) or booking any of our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Overview

Fryburg Roll Offs provides roll-off dumpster rental services across Holmes, Wayne, Tuscarawas, and Stark County in Ohio. We offer 10, 15, 20, and 30 yard containers for residential, commercial, and construction projects. Our services include delivery, pickup, and disposal of approved materials.

Dumpster Rental Terms

Rental Periods

Rentals are available in 3-day, 7-day, and monthly periods. Additional days beyond your rental period may be subject to a per-day fee. Contact us before your rental window ends if you need more time.

Placement and Access

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible by our trucks. This includes clear driveways, adequate overhead clearance, and a stable surface for placement. If we cannot safely deliver or retrieve the dumpster due to access issues, additional charges may apply.

Permits

If the dumpster will be placed on a public street, sidewalk, or right-of-way, you may need a permit from your local municipality. It is your responsibility to obtain any required permits before delivery.

Weight Limits

Each dumpster size includes a specific weight allowance. If your load exceeds the included weight, additional charges may apply. We will notify you before pickup if there are any additional charges so there are no surprises.

Prohibited Items

The following materials are not allowed in our dumpsters:

• Hazardous waste, chemicals, or toxic materials
• Paints, stains, lacquers, or solvents
• Batteries and electronics (e-waste)
• Tires
• Appliances containing refrigerants (fridges, AC units, freezers)
• Medical or biological waste
• Flammable or explosive materials
• Asbestos-containing materials

If prohibited items are found in your dumpster, you will be responsible for additional disposal fees.

Overfilling

Do not fill the dumpster above the top of the container walls. Overfilled dumpsters cannot be safely transported and may require you to remove excess material before we can pick up. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for overfilled containers.

Property Damage

Dumpsters are heavy. While we take every precaution during placement, we are not responsible for damage to driveways, landscaping, or other surfaces. If you have concerns about your surface, let us know and we can discuss placement options.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are based on dumpster size, rental duration, and delivery location. All quotes include delivery, pickup, and disposal up to the included weight limit. Final charges may differ from initial quotes if the rental period is extended or the weight limit is exceeded.

Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service, depending on the booking method. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our online booking platform.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your rental, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before delivery will receive a full refund. Once the dumpster has been delivered, cancellation terms may vary. Call (330) 473-2821 to discuss your situation.

Liability and Indemnification

You agree to use our dumpsters in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that only approved materials are placed in the container and that the dumpster is used safely.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fryburg Roll Offs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, including improper use of the dumpster or disposal of prohibited materials.

Limitation of Liability

Fryburg Roll Offs’ total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific rental in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Website Use

All content on fryburgrolloffs.com, including text, images, and design, is the property of Fryburg Roll Offs. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including our booking platform. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any external sites.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Holmes County, Ohio. Both parties waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Force Majeure

Fryburg Roll Offs is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, equipment failure, or government actions.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
